Refund Policy
Version 2026-08-11 · Last updated: 11 August 2026
1. General Policy
Emvadon is a digital subscription service. This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service for self-serve subscriptions. Consumers retain all mandatory withdrawal, conformity, refund, and other remedies available under applicable law. The ordinary cancellation and refund rules below apply only to the extent that they do not restrict those mandatory rights. Review the service, total price including applicable tax, renewal, trial, cancellation, and any express immediate-access request shown before placing an order. Checkout records (including Terms version, purchaser type, and immediate-access request) are evidence of the order terms.
2. Trial or Evaluation Access
Self-serve Solo and Team subscriptions include a 14-day trial when purchased through checkout. Checkout shows the trial duration, included access, limits, payment requirement, conversion, first charge date, and cancellation terms for that order. Those displayed details control the trial. Enterprise or other evaluation access applies only when a written order or other explicit offer says so.
3. Immediate Access
Access begins as described in checkout or the applicable written order. A consumer may expressly request performance during the statutory withdrawal period. If the consumer then withdraws in time, we may charge only a lawful amount proportionate to the service supplied before withdrawal and only where the required request and information were provided. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
4. Consumers and Business Purchases
If you are a natural person purchasing mainly outside your trade, business, craft, or profession, you generally have a statutory 14-day period beginning on the day after the subscription contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason. As a more generous contractual policy, Emvadon keeps the online withdrawal function available for 21 days. During that period, use the prominent withdrawal function in Account billing, or send an unambiguous statement to . You may use the official model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. We will acknowledge an online withdrawal in a durable medium and return sums due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed, using the original payment method unless lawfully agreed otherwise.
If you purchase wholly or mainly for your trade, business, craft, or profession, you are purchasing as a business customer and statutory consumer withdrawal rights generally do not apply. A checkout declaration records the stated purchasing capacity but does not remove rights that mandatory law gives to a person who is legally a consumer.
5. Ordinary Cancellation and Refunds
The rules in this section apply after any statutory withdrawal period and do not limit remedies for non-conforming digital services, billing errors, or any other mandatory right.
Monthly subscriptions: No refunds are provided for any billing period, whether partial or complete. Once a billing cycle begins, you are responsible for the full amount.
Annual subscriptions: Annual plans are prepaid for the full term. No refunds, prorated or otherwise, are provided for early cancellation or unused time.
Downgrades: If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. No refunds or credits are issued for the difference.
Consumed reports, exports, or paid usage: Once a report, export, or paid usage item has been delivered or consumed, it is non-refundable except where required by mandatory law, caused by a billing error, or agreed by Emvadon in writing.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal charges and access normally continues until the end of the current paid period. It is different from statutory withdrawal, which ends the contract and may require repayment as described in Section 4.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at so we can investigate and resolve it quickly. If a payment dispute is filed, we may temporarily suspend access while we investigate. We will provide relevant evidence to the payment processor to support valid charges.
8. Exceptions
Refunds may be provided where:
- A consumer validly exercises a statutory right of withdrawal
- A digital service does not conform to the contract and mandatory law provides a price reduction, termination, or repayment remedy
- Otherwise required by mandatory applicable law that cannot be waived
- We charged you in error (e.g., duplicate charge, system malfunction)
- We materially fail to provide the Service for an extended period through our fault
- You forgot to cancel during the trial and were charged — contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we may, at our discretion, issue a one-time courtesy refund
Discretionary refunds may be limited to the amount paid for the affected period. Statutory refunds are calculated and paid according to mandatory law and are not subject to our discretion.
9. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment cannot be collected, your access to the Service will be suspended. No refunds are issued for periods of suspension due to failed payments.
10. Contact
For billing inquiries or an alternative withdrawal statement, contact us at . During the applicable period, the online withdrawal function is available in Account billing. We aim to respond to billing inquiries within 2 business days; that service target does not delay the legal effect of a timely withdrawal statement.
11. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. For consumers, this choice does not remove mandatory protections of the law that would otherwise apply, and the jurisdiction clause does not prevent a consumer from using any court or remedy available under mandatory law. For business customers, the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction unless a written order states otherwise.
